Customer claims that he has not received Delivery of
Purchased Products, and does a Chargeback of the Transaction.
In this case, you need to send Transecute Proof of
Delivery of the purchased products, in the form of,
Delivery Receipt OR Courier Receipt, alongwith any communication
that you may have had with the Customer in this regard.
We will be forwarding these to our Acquiring Bank and
they in turn, will be forwarding the same to the Cardholder's
Bank.
If the Cardholder's Bank accepts the Proof and confirms
the validity Transaction, then the Chargebacked amount
will be REFUNDED to you within 75 days of the chargeback.
This is the standard processing time frame of defined
by both VISA and Master Credit Card Companies.
If the Cardholder's and the suppliers both or either
try to fraud this is an offence under the Indian Penal
Code under various section (kindly note) also refer
the cyber law passed resently.
